I’m Jeffrey A. Smith, Founder and Principal Broker of JASCO Realty®. Real estate has never just been about property to me—it has always been about people, purpose, and helping others move into the next chapter of their lives with confidence.

Since becoming a licensed broker in 2010, I have built my career around creating a real estate experience that feels professional, personal, and forward-thinking. JASCO Realty® was founded with a simple belief: clients deserve more than a transaction. They deserve guidance, honesty, strategy, and a team that understands the weight of every decision that comes with buying, selling, investing, or building a future through real estate.

Over the years, my work has grown beyond traditional brokerage. I have had the privilege of founding and leading multiple real estate-focused companies, including JASCO Realty®, TREK Property Management, Local Title & Closing Services, JASCO Academy, and JASCO Publishing. Each of these ventures was created with the same purpose—to provide education, clarity, service, and solutions at every stage of the real estate journey.

As an author, broker, business owner, investor, and advocate for professional development, I believe knowledge should be shared, communication should be clear, and leadership should be rooted in service. My goal has always been to create a company culture where agents are supported, clients are protected, and relationships matter long after the closing table.

I’m proud to serve the Tennessee and Mississippi markets and remain actively connected to the real estate industry through local, state, and national REALTOR® organizations. But beyond the titles and business side of things, I’m someone who believes in showing up, doing the right thing, and building something that makes a lasting impact.

That same commitment carries into my nonprofit work as Co-Founder and President of Furgiven Animal Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to giving second, second chances to dogs with special needs, neurological conditions, medical challenges, and those often overlooked.

At the heart of everything I do—whether it’s real estate, education, title, property management, publishing, or rescue work—is the same mission: to create meaningful connection, provide real guidance, and help people and communities move forward with confidence.
